Can you make a sample first?
Yes. We review the design and confirm the sample cost, timing and shipping method before starting.
What artwork do you need?
Vector artwork such as AI, PDF or EPS is preferred. A clear PNG or reference photo can be used for initial evaluation.
How long does production take?
Timing is confirmed after the approved sample, materials and quantity are agreed.
Which decoration methods are available?
Options include flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille, screen printing, heat transfer and sublimation.
Can you match Pantone colors?
We can coordinate colors for fabric, thread and print elements against your Pantone reference.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T and Western Union are accepted. Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Can you arrange shipping?
We can coordinate FOB Qingdao, CIF or DDP shipping according to the destination and agreed service.
